Great doctor and nurses. Exam was top notch.I'm not sure why they didn't try to sell me glasses, that's why I went there. I was ready to spend a good amount, but whatever.Since I wasn't worth their time, I'll just buy online.
I have been going here since birth. Over the last 5 years or so, their care for their patients has declined rapidly. I always liked Dr. Somers, but going to him since birth and he still "doesn't recall" who I am, is a little disheartening. I can get over that (kind of). What I cannot get over is how horribly rude his front office staff is. My sister, mom, and myself are all looking elsewhere.
This review is for Dr Audrey Blacklock,. I have been a patient of hers for several years and have been very satisfied. She took the time to explain my need for glasses and convinced me to try them vs. having readers everywhere. The progressive lens are equivalent or better to the readers and to my surprise, the distance lens is an improvement to around 20-15 vision, vs. the 20-20 I had without glasses. She's personable, professional, very competent and a whiz with the computer stuff.
