Excellent team to work with! Honest and provided excellent feedback.
We had a new pump and heater installed. Fast and friendly service. I’m new to pool ownership so they took the time to explain how the new equipment works and just general pool maintenance. I had a slight issue with the pump and they responded quickly to fix it.I would definitely recommend them.
Despite delays caused by ordered parts that arrived damaged, Florida Pools hung in with our job and completed it. Maybe a little better communication along the way, but we would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them for our pool needs.
