I strongly disagree with “Lilly Ray’s”
recent very derogatory review of Pro Pool regarding the Pheasant Point pool. As a longtime homeowner and member of the HOA Board who has worked closely with Pro Pool for many years, I know that the community has enjoyed excellent service from Pro Pool. Are there occasionally some leaves in the pool? Yes, especially after strong winds and storms, because there are nice shade trees lining one side of the fence. This was my first job this past summer and I didn't really know what to expect. I was blown away by how flexible scheduling was. My manager was great and my pay was even better. There was plenty of opportunity to pick up shifts, and take days off. I took a three week vacation with no scheduling issues. I am very excited to return next summer.

May want to have a talk with your employee about the choice if music he decides to blast at top volume at neighborhood gas stations...or anywhere really. Everyone staring at him should have been his first clue to to get a grip and have some decency and respect for others around him, but nope! And the choice of music was distasteful and disrespectful to put it lightly. Glad he ain't my pool guy!
