Outstanding Service from AC Systems – Highly Recommend
We recently had an issue at our restaurant, Herbies in Clayton, where an evaporator coil that had been damaged and repaired a couple of years ago came back to haunt us. HVAC issues in a restaurant can be stressful and time-sensitive, but Vince from AC Systems stepped in and truly went above and beyond to make things right.

Well I work there as the Technical Service Advisor and instructor, and been there for about 13 years. Great products, great team mates, and in my 35 years doing HVAC service work and around 2 years inside supporting our customers and contractors; I feel honored to be a part of the best qualified, knowledgeable, and customer service based company that I've ever worked for.
This company and all the staff have been nothing but perfection and reliable. I guarantee that lady complaining about her 2 yr old system isn't telling the whole story. Just looking at one photo tells me that filter is so filthy from not being changed it's actually sucked into the evaporator. I've had work done from this company and they have always returned calls, though sometimes Wayne is so busy it's taken a few days for us to finally connect. But he has NEVER blown me off in the years I've dealt with him.Here's a tip, from another woman small business owner, ironically in HVAC.
