They cleared a backed up shower drain that made a whole mess in the bathroom. Got it done quick and easy. Super nice and helpful. Even made a head start in cleaning the shower floor.
This was a 2nd visit. But this plumber took care of the problem and advised some new parts which we ordered. He offered to come back and finish the job when the parts arrive. Roto Rooter is still pricey. But I feel like the issue we called about was listened to and take care of.
Nate and Antwine came out to take a look at my water heater that I eventually found out needs to be replaced. They were very informative and professional. I appreciated their patience with all of my questions and would recommend them to anyone!
