Customers describe it as a great family-owned business that takes care of people quickly and provides better quality hot water heaters at the best price. The local owner is actively involved in the community, and integrity, professionalism, and follow-through are core values. The company charges less than the competition and finds plumbing leaks during initial inspections. They offer old school customer service, pick up when you call, understand urgency, show up when they say they will, and take care of business proficiently and professionally. This was our first experience with iplumbkc. We had sewer and drain issues during the sale of our house. Jonathan was a wealth of information and guided us through every step. We felt he was really working for us. All drains are unclogged and flowing beautifully, thanks to him!
