I went in for a mani pedi. I showed the pic of what I wanted when I walked in and Laura did a great job on my pedicure but after that finished the girl who was doing my nail informs me they don’t do chrome or 3D!!! Like I guess the only do basic gel there? But I wish I would have known when I walked in to save me time and go somewhere else that actually can do designs :( very disappointed as I have my birthday trip tomorrow and now no nails

Starting with the pedicure, it was actually fine and a pretty good price. The manicure though was where it went horrible. The whole process was very awkward, the person doing my nails would constantly make mistakes and at some point I gave up on correcting them because I felt I would seem rude to constantly ask them to fix something. I did pink French tips with glitter lining, the French tips were way too thick and basically covered my whole nail bed, it was lumpy and uneven and the square shape was completely too wide, it looked like duck nails on some parts. I went to this nail salon today to get help removing and cleaning up my big toes. The previous appointment they suggested acrylic on my big toes to even them out. Fast forward to today the acrylic came off and so did my nail bed. I have no nail bed due to their acrylic product. I went back to get it cleaned up and the second acrylic nail removed. I asked for a classic pedicure and no polish so my feet and nails can get healthy prior to my June wedding. They charged me 35.00 for the classic pedicure with no polish and 6.00 for removal of one singular acrylic toenail.
