I have been a client of Donaldson's for several years. They have always gone above and beyond in customer service but multiplied that this past weekend when our furnace was not functioning properly in 5 degree weather. Jeff drove to our house in a terrible snowstorm on a Saturday at 6 PM because he remembered us and didn't want to leave us in that terrible cold all weekend. Thanks to Jeff and to Donaldson's!

Donaldson's excellent team installed an entirely new, energy-efficient HVAC system and humidifiers in our home. They took their time to do so in a careful, clean, and thorough manner. We also used Donaldson for our commercial properties. They do excellent work and are good, trustworthy people. Highly recommended!
