Plumbers near Lake Ozark

“I had them replace a hot water heater in my lakefront condo. It had some sediment in it so they had to drain most of it manually. I paid $1875 for a 40 gallon water heater for my 1 bedroom condo. Unfortunately my old model was discontinued and no way to put a 50 gallon in like the old one without modifying the closet. They actually do show up which is something very few companies seem to do at the lake, so their dependability is good. They had to come back to tighten a leaking pipe and flip the breaker to heat up the water as it didn't get flipped completely the first time, so we went another night without hot water, but our condo has old breakers so I can see how that could happen. They cane in about a $100 more than another co., but that's because the other company offered a Veteran discount..I went with Cental MO because I'd had a good experience in the past. I'd definitely give tgem.a shot if you have a plumbing project. They do not give a solid quote though it's a range and they invoice you after. We were quoted 1595 to 1995.Paid 1875“

“Last spring I replaced a washing machine and when delivered the service person suggested I contact a plumber to replace one of the water lines because it was somewhat corroded. His concern was the possibility of leaking and therefore he did not replace it with the newer water line. I assumed he didn’t turn the water on from that faucet due to the corrosion, which is why I didn’t have use of cold water when using the washer. Turns out there was another issue instead.

I contacted Four Seasons as I’ve used them before and appreciated their services. Josh came and quickly replaced the water line and then I mentioned the washing machine only used hot water regardless of the water temperature I selected. After a few minutes Josh noticed the water lines were attached incorrectly to the back of the machine. He switched them and then verified that all water temps worked before he left. I appreciate the work he did and especially taking the time to ensure the washing machine functioned as it should.
