Straight Flush is a plumbing business that values customer satisfaction. They have knowledgeable and quick technicians, as demonstrated by Caleb who serviced a water heater and unclogged a line promptly. New customers have reported positive experiences with their helpful receptionist and efficient service. The owner, Jason, is dedicated to addressing any concerns and has mentioned their one-year guarantee on work. Unfortunately, there has been a dispute with a customer named Amy regarding a water softener installation, which the business denies any wrongdoing in. Despite this, Straight Flush maintains a commitment to providing high-quality service and standing by their work.
They came out took a look at the project gave me an estimate which was a good price. Ask me what day I would like them to do it. And the communication expert was Kayla! If she didn't have the answers for you she found them and called you back right away. Would definitely hire them again!
Called these guys to check out an issue we were having at our house. Elijah came over immediately, and led us in the right direction to help us address our problems. Would highly recommend!
This company is staffed with high quality, friendly professionals that complete excellent work in a timely manner at a fair price. I highly recommend Straight Flush!
