Had Caleb come out and service my water heater today. Also clean a clogged line. He was amazing, very knowledgeable, and very quick at his job! My family now has lots of hot water. Thank u so much sir, I appreciate you, and Straight Flush of course! ??

New customer. Called on a beautiful Fall Friday after 1 pm and receptionist was extremely helpful and said she would call the guys right away. They showed up in minutes and had me all fixed within an hour. While it was our first experience with Straight Flush, it sure won't be our last. This is Jason, owner of Straight Flush Plumbing. I'd like to respond to the poor review "Amy" provided. This review is a pure lie. We installed a water softener many years prior at "Amy's" home. Amy was not our original customer and we did not contract with her. The softener was installed correctly and operated exactly as it was supposed to perform for years! Again, it worked for YEARS! The home changed ownership and a third party service company was engaged by Amy, who with self interest in pushing their products, criticized our installation, I believe, in the hopes of Amy contracting with him for a newer system.
