“In a pinch, I needed a plumber to replace the elements in my hw tank. Off Google maps I chose Tim Schmidt Plumbing because he was close to my rural locale. He told me when he'd come by, and did on a Friday afternoon (you usually cannot depend on any one, on a nice Friday afternoon at the lake!), and had me fixed up in an hour! And a very reasonable fee!
