I had them replace a hot water heater in my lakefront condo. It had some sediment in it so they had to drain most of it manually. I paid $1875 for a 40 gallon water heater for my 1 bedroom condo. Unfortunately my old model was discontinued and no way to put a 50 gallon in like the old one without modifying the closet. They actually do show up which is something very few companies seem to do at the lake, so their dependability is good.
