I had a fantastic experience at Animal Emergency Clinic with both of my dogs. I was in and out in under two hours, which I think is pretty incredible for an emergency visit with two dogs.
I genuinely believe this may be the most reasonably priced emergency clinic in the St. Louis area. They were quick, efficient, and thorough without recommending a bunch of unnecessary treatments or diagnostics. We’ve had to visit AEC twice with our cairn terrier puppy Archie who has a penchant for chewing and swallowing foreign objects. Both times, Dr. Lisa attended to his needs. She is a phenomenal vet- you can tell she truly loves animals- and her calm demeanor and sense of humor put me at ease during these high anxiety visits. They triage quickly and provide high quality care- no long stressful waits in the waiting room. They have a step-by-step approach to treatment so they aren’t providing unnecessary services that would inflate cost. It’s such a relief to me to know exactly where to go when we have a veterinary emergency. So thankful for the whole team.
