This clinic uses fear free practices when handling my kitties. The staff is gentle and thoughtful. Dr. Sullivan is so patient and she listens and does everything she can to take good care of not only my kitty but also me. The clinic is very clean and when you check in they don’t leave you sitting in the waiting room with a bunch of other animals. The technician will come and take you very shortly to your own room so my animals don’t have to be afraid by being next to a whole lot of other animals. We came in for our first visit because my dog was limping. Dr. Scott and Bradley were thorough and took the time to explain each part of the exam and why they were doing it. They were so kind and caring with my boy, and I really appreciated how gentle and compassionate they were. We had a wonderful first experience and felt like he was in great hands.
