This space with the teachers and students is so welcoming for everyone. I started taking classes with a friend a few years ago, having been being very unflexible for my entire life and always saying that I "Don't do yoga". The teachers that I started with specialized in slow flows and meditatiive classes and helped me to feel secure in where my body should be in each pose and how to make it work for my level of flexibility. I was hooked and have been a student here for the past 4 years. I love the community in this space - you can feel it when you walk in. What an amazing place to practice! They have a variety of classes with really good instructors. No matter what class I have taken I’ve had a great experience and left feeling recharged.

Yoga Patch is an exceptional studio. It is a warm and welcoming space, and the instructors are all wonderful. There is a meaningful emphasis on mindfulness and meditation—I always feel noticeably lighter after class. I am so glad that I found my way to Yoga Patch!
