Been frequenting West Plaza Nails for 5 years and it's a great experience each and every time! My top pick there is Ben, who is meticulous, a perfectionist, and does an amazing job with my manicure and pedicure, which typically last more than a month! The establishment is clean, client centric and reliable. Highly recommend!

We just had the best morning here. The staff made us feel especially special and cared for. And a perfect job on our toes. The massage was wonderful and we had such a great experience here! 10/10!

I paid more than expected but this is the best service and nails I've ever had! I don't mind paying an extra 10$ from what I usually pay for GOOD QUALITY service. It took longer than expected, I got a full set gel nails and gel pedicure, but the staff is very friendly and I enjoyed talking about my travels to Vietnam, as my nail lady was from there! Anna (who did my nails) is very sweet. She was running 50 minutes late, it took three hours to finish, but it was supposed to just be two hours. She sincerely apologized and took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. I will definitely be coming back regularly!!
