“After having my eyebrows badly botched somewhere else—one sitting way higher than the other—it became one of my biggest insecurities. Finding Pretty in Ink was the best decision I could’ve made. Instead of trying to go over the uneven work, they carefully did a few removal sessions first and then completely redesigned my brows. I still have a little more to go with removal and a touch-up, but I am already so happy with how they look. They genuinely care about their clients and doing things the right way. I only wish I had gone to them first! “It was so wonderful here! The owner helped accommodate us for a private spa party for 6 after hours. She coordinated 2-3 services per person. Everyone was very sweet and the facility is very clean and cozy! I felt like I was at home. I only knocked off one star due to the pedicure--no nail dryer/nail lamp was used to help dry my toenails before my massage so the therapist accidentally smudged the polish, and due to time constraints I had to get my pedi done first then go right into the massage. Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful place. It's not your traditional setup, it's very intimate, which I prefer. My massage was wonderful. She rubbed my scalp, which I really appreciated because it's a neglected area as most massage therapists stay away from Black women's hair. The esthetician was knowledgeable, very kind and very gentle in her work. The owner is beyond adorable and super sweet. She has put a lot of love into this spa. Give this place a try!“
