“Absolutely amazing experience. They did beautiful nails, good energy/environment and overall good time. Wasn’t too expensive and I loved the workers. I usually don’t get this happy about my nails but I am in LOVE. Me and my boyfriend went in after closing without realizing and were still booked with no hesitation. “Four stars for Honesty.

I called the night before to make an appt for when they opened, the man I talked to asked for the service I needed. He said something was going on with his system but he had me down for dip manicure at 12.

I arrive the next day at my appointment time and I was greeted by an employee asking what I was there for. Informed him it was a 12pm dip appointment, and he told me whoever I spoke with did not confirm my appointment. Luckily there weren’t a lot of patrons and they were able to get me right in.

He also informed me they were having trouble with their dip and he wouldn’t advise getting. I appreciate his honesty because he could have easily charged me for what I wanted knowing the product was trash. I don’t understand why that wasn’t relayed the day before when I called for the appointment.

I opted for just a soak off and no polish manicure. Other than that the service was very mediocre, despite the appointment discrepancy and not being able to provide the service I was anticipating.

Edit: the tech didn’t even soak off all the dip that was on my nails? will leave the five stars but wish I could get my tip back. ??

I get dip manicures and from the time to take the old manicure off to the new one being finished is around 45 minutes or less each time. I let my nails go way too long this last time but the quality of the manicure withstood. I’ve been to other places with more bells and whistles but I’d rather have peace of mind that my nails are done well, which they are!“
