Lovely, intimate studio. I visited from out of state and took a Saturday morning class with 6 other students. The practice was challenging in all the right ways, the flow was great. There are supplies to borrow if you're in need. Overall, a great experience.

I've been going to this studio since the space was taken from it's pharmacy infancy to it's beautiful whole health mature beautiful space that it is now. Ask about the ceilings here. If you mention my recommendation. Drop in's are welcome but get the app and schedule just to make sure they have space for you. They will make space for anyone looking for love. I was just there yesterday for a noon class with Katie Brown and I'm still thinking about it's positive impact on my today.

KTY has something for everyone. Both spaces are unique and the instructors are all kind and charismatic. They know how to atune to your body’s needs and soar your energies. I can’t recommend karma tribe enough!
