About Full Circle Yoga KC

I cannot recommend Full Circle Yoga enough. I started going when I was 12 weeks pregnant and fell so Iin love with the community and practice I continued going through my entire pregnancy and now post partum with my baby.The teachers thoughtfully adapt poses for your specific needs and develop a practice that prepares your baby and body for labor. Attending these yoga classes was so beneficial for my mind and body - they were a dedicated time for me to connect with my changing body and really think through how I wanted to approach birth for my second child. I've been to two BYOB classes at Full Circle and they have both been really pleasant experiences. The first time I mostly sat and watched while I nursed my little one, but the second time I was able to participate more. The environment is supportive and welcoming, Jenny is a great instructor and facilitator. If you need a reason to get out of the house, this is definitely a worthwhile one! I would absolutely recommend to a friend. :)
