Rotech provides medical equipment and customer service. A recent customer had difficulty and found an office employee to be an excellent resource, solving the issue with professionalism and honesty. Another customer experienced a miss communication but resolved it with a manager. The office manager goes above and beyond, even on weekends, and a delivery tech is reliable. That tech provides detailed explanations and is patient. The team makes extra effort, including during the pandemic, to take care of customers and keep them healthy.
I recently had some difficulty on the Physician to supply side and called customer service. I spoke with Bobbi in the office and she was an excellent resource in solving my issue. She returned my call within and hour and got me all of the information I requested. I'm thankful for her professionalism and honesty.

Colleen is the office manager and she has always gone above and beyond for making sure that I am taken care of. Even on the weekend, she gets the job done. Not to leave out Mr. Jeff Hall, who has been reliable in delivering my equipment to me. I sincerely appreciate their hard work and going the extra mile. I especially appreciated the extra effort during the pandemic to keep me healthy!
