American HomePatient offers CPAP and oxygen equipment services with a focus on customer care. Many clients have praised the friendly and helpful staff, and the people at this location genuinely care about helping you out with getting your medical supplies. Customers appreciate the prompt delivery of equipment and the dedication of the drivers. The front office staff are some of the most friendly and welcoming people. While there can be occasional issues, the local office will do everything they can for you.
It was a warm and welcoming visit. They were all very professional, kind and listened to me and answered my questions. Candace kept in touch with me and Justine was great at the presentation and explaining the CPAP machine and different styles of face mask.
Office staff is very personable. Therapist that walks you through the machine, and mask is very thorough, explains everything in detail with visuals, ask questions, addresses many possible questions, thoughts and concerns. Very supportive.
I have been to the American Home Patient for the use of my Bi-Pap machine and have always had great results! The technician (Justine Peterson) is a very knowledgeable and helpful person each time I visit the office! Thank you,Frank Vochatzer
