“I cannot say enough about this spa! Bare with me, this is long but worth the read.. My birthday was 8/27 and despite the spa needing to have emergency repairs and closing for most of the day, they STILL serviced me. They heard it was my birthday and decided to take me though closing for the day made more sense. The fact that they went out of they way to service me and make my birthday special made me feel truly blessed. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman (that chose to come in from the other location just to assist and help for me! ?). When I got into the massage room, the ambiance was relaxing, smelled nicely, and a true vibe! Ebony is the one that completed my massage and did a fabulous job. I was super relaxed from the time I laid on the table until I left. She was friendly, efficient, and even stretched me (needed that!). At one point during my sugar scrub I made a negative comment about my body. Honey, Ebony got me together and told me to stop talking about myself like that. For that, I’m very thankful. The receptionist that I spoke to on the phone about needing to initially reschedule reached out to everyone and said “NO! It’s her birthday we need to find a way,” and that they did. I’m very appreciative to everyone involved from the owner, massage therapist, receptionist, and the man who helped from the other location. I will forever recommend them and anytime I’m lucky to get another massage or service, I will absolutely go back. Without thinking twice!”
