I cannot say enough about this spa!
Bare with me, this is long but worth the read..
My birthday was 8/27 and despite the spa needing to have emergency repairs and closing for most of the day, they STILL serviced me.
They heard it was my birthday and decided to take me though closing for the day made more sense. The fact that they went out of they way to service me and make my birthday special made me feel truly blessed.
I was greeted by a friendly gentleman (that chose to come in from the other location just to assist and help for me! 🥹). When I got into the massage room, the ambiance was relaxing, smelled nicely, and a true vibe! Ebony is the one that completed my massage and did a fabulous job. I was super relaxed from the time I laid on the table until I left. She was friendly, efficient, and even stretched me (needed that!). At one point during my sugar scrub I made a negative comment about my body. Honey, Ebony got me together and told me to stop talking about myself like that. For that, I’m very thankful.
The receptionist that I spoke to on the phone about needing to initially reschedule reached out to everyone and said “NO! It’s her birthday we need to find a way,” and that they did. I’m very appreciative to everyone involved from the owner, massage therapist, receptionist, and the man who helped from the other location. I will forever recommend them and anytime I’m lucky to get another massage or service, I will absolutely go back. Without thinking twice!

I had an amazing experience at Total Bliss Massage! My massage therapist, Ebony, was absolutely incredible. I came in feeling very tense with a slight headache from all of my traveling, and she worked out every bit of tension from head to toe. I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and pain-free.
Ebony was professional, attentive, and truly has a gift for massage therapy. I can't wait to visit Kansas City again just so I can book another appointment. If I lived closer, Total Bliss Massage would definitely be on my monthly self-care list!
Thank you, Ebony, for such an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Total Bliss Massage to anyone looking for exceptional care and relaxation.
My wife and I treated ourselves to a couples massage at Total Bliss Spa for Valentine’s Day, and the experience was absolutely amazing. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, and since we arrived early, they graciously allowed us to relax and wait in the sauna — which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Ashley and Beanie were both outstanding massage therapists and truly made our visit special. Their professionalism and skill were top-notch, and we left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.
I highly encourage everyone to give Total Bliss Spa a try — you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back!
