I was able to text back and forth about the appointment, which I LOVED! I had a busy day so my responses were a bit delayed and they didn’t seem to mind. I had confirmed the appointment after hours, but I recieved a text the next morning letting me know it was booked for later that day. I was surprised they didn’t have me pick a later time, since it took all day (my fault) to figure out what service she would need and the best time- but no. They were able to get me in still and I was so relieved!! Really appreciate that kind of flexibility and understanding for busy mommas!!“

I had low expectations that a trim was going to make much of a difference because my hair has been exceptionally dry and brittle lately… I was wrong.
