Absolutely one of the best pediatric dentist I’ve ever been to! The front office is welcoming and the doctors are amazing. You can tell they really care about the patients and work with you to make your kids have a great experience at the dentist!

I cannot express my level of satisfaction with the Martin City location. The dentist was upfront, thorough, HONEST and fantastic with my grandson.She explained with great detail the pros and cons of a pretty significant procedure he was to be seen for and HONESTLY agreed that the extensive procedure was not necessary but she would perform it if we wanted to have it done.This detailed explanation not only saved my daughter a significant amount of money out of pocket but restored our faith in the integrity of care givers in the pediatric dentistry world. KUDOS to this practice and specifically Caitlin Chidsey, DMD. ??

The management of this office has greatly declined since we first started seeing Dr. Chidsey. We had an appointment canceled in January due to weather - understandable, but no one called us to reschedule an appointment. We made an appointment for February and upon arriving at the office, no one was there, phones were not being answered and the answering service said our appointment had been canceled. Very disappointing as we took time away from school and work to attend the appointment. We drive out of our way to come here, but will unfortunately be seeking a new office closer to home.We do not have any concerns about the clinical care received by the dentists.
