This was my 1st time coming here and I will absolutely be coming back! I was not rushed to make decisions and my nail tech was not rushing to get done. Their service was very relaxing and priced well. I left the shop and noticed that my color wasn't taken all the way back to my cuticles so I went back to the shop within about 15 mins and Mimi got me right with no complaining, disrespecting, or an additional fee! I left again very pleased!! I will be back again.
I went to Mimi nails for about 4 months when I went every 2 weeks. I always got a pedicure and a feel once I got a full set. The moral of my complaint is that I was overcharged for the services that was rendered so I didn't call them or go back the next day. I waited to my next appointment to let the owner know that I was overcharged but I wasn't telling him that for refund or anything. I was just informing him that he overcharged me and he got very irate with me and told South he didn't think that I was a good fit for their business and I told him that he was right. I came here once before today and I will never forget the great service! I live in KCK but I haven’t been able to find no place as good as them! The thing I remember the most is the motorized machine they use to get rid of calluses ?? it is amazing! When I first walked in it smelled very good as well!
