What a great sauna experience- absolutely loved it. The salon has a beautiful and calm atmosphere and it was awesome from beginning to end. The two front desk people, Olivia and Amy, are both very welcoming too. Can’t wait to return!

Best massage I’ve ever had!! Nick is wonderful. Intuitive to what your body needs and definitely doesn’t perform a cookie-cutter massage style or technique. I’ll be going back!

At Lifestyle Massage + Bodywork, our utmost mission is to help our clients achieve best outcome. We use whatever skills and tools as therapists to help you get the results you want through a blend of modalities at no added cost. We give you the full amount of massage time you book for. Book for 60 minutes and you are given 60 full minutes of table time. To enhance your outcome, we also offer commercial-grade full spectrum infrared sauna sessions on a one time basis, pre/post massage sessions, or as a membership.
