InBliss Yoga is a inclusive and refreshing yoga experience for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. They offer different levels 6 days a week to suit just about anyone's needs. My favorite is rest and restore with Chris on Fridays. It is the best thing I do for my own self-care apart from therapy. Cannot rave about them enough!
I've been looking for a yoga studio where I can call home, and I finally found it at InBliss! Everyone is kind. It's easy to find the type of class you want. I love their Rest and Restore classes.
They have extra classes available on Sundays that keep it interesting. Love it here!
They are so great at teaching yoga! I’ve never done yoga before and i thought i wouldn’t be able to follow but Marti and her daughter and other instructors check with you before during and after class. They are very personable also. Love the atmosphere there too!!
