I could not be more pleased with the service I received. Mark arrived at my house three days after I called them and conducted an inspection of my foundation. Two days later I was sent a quote that I agreed to and was put on the schedule. The crew that arrived to do the work at my house to shore up my basement wall that was bowing were pleasant, respectful and professional. They had to cut pockets into my basement floor to install I-beams to shore up the wall, so obviously they created a ton of dust and sediment, but when the work was done and they were ready to leave my basement was spotless. Needed to have a retaining wall repaired. Several landscapers wanted to build another wall in front of retaining wall. I wanted to keep the existing wall as it was natural stone from the property. Mike Hipple came out to review the wall integrity agreed the wall was just fine and it needed a good drainage system behind the wall. The crew was great! They were able to dig out behind wall not disturbing the wall and placed the drainage system. They kept the property clean, and other then the dirt that was disturbed during the renovation you cannot even tell any work was done to the wall. I can’t say enough good things about the work that Grant Renne and Sons did on my foundation. I have been having issues with water coming into my house for years. I’ve had Ross, the owner, come over to take a look and give me a bid a few times. He was never a pushy sales person, quite the opposite. He is a wealth of information. His crew was courteous and punctual. They all went above and beyond. I didn’t know they were going to bury the sump pump drain or my downspouts. I was fast at how quickly they did the job. Thank you so much for your hard work! I look forward to not cleaning up water in my basement anymore! What a huge relief!
