Foundation 1, the entire process was very professional. Talking to the staff on the phone before first onsite. Original onsite inspection and explanation of what to expect was clear and there was no pressure to commit that day or would cost a lot more. Bid received was clear and covered most of everything we needed to know. We made a list of unknowns and called to have them come out and explain the process and answer our concerns in person. This process went as expected. So, we signed the contract and got our start date.
The crew showed up every day and cleaned up the site at the end of the day, totally professional.

From the first appointment with our evaluator, I knew we were in good hands. Billy took the time to listen to our foundation concerns, and came up with three separate bids for different solutions based on what we needed. The crew was courteous, respectful of our property, and worked hard to ensure the project was completed properly. When an outlet was accidentally damaged during the work, Foundation 1 immediately arranged for an electrician to make the repair and ensured the issue was fully resolved. Had our driveway leveled with polylift today. Project was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Technicians explained everything, were courteous and professional. No more tripping from sunken concrete, we couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend.
