Had an excellent experience with Foundation 1. They were professional, efficient, and had good customer service from the project manager to the front office. Solid warranty, too. Happy with choosing them for my foundation needs.

We have used Foundation 1 twice now in the last 3 years and they have exceeded expectations both times! Scheduling worked perfectly and repairs were done within the timeframe stated and came in under bid. Basement cracks were sealed and polyjacking patio slabs leveled to original heights. I am extremely picky and was completely satisfied.

I was getting some water in the corner of the finished basement. There was a visible crack on the outside in the same area. Foundation 1 can patched the wall and sealed it. Unfortunately, that did not fix the problem. Billy can out again and suggested an interior water drainage system and discounted the amount I paid for the outside work. So far, so good!!
