My sister has used them for 2 bath remodels in the past and was very satisfied, so we chose them for a conversion of a pantry to a partial laundry room. The prior bath remodels were quite a few years ago and yet we were fortunately able to get the same designer, Kelly Summers, as before. She is terrific—an amazing eye for detail, great taste, but most importantly to us is that she calls it like she see’s it. Didn’t tell us “what we wanted to hear”. If we were heading in a bad direction she’d let us know of her concerns and why. This is exactly why you hire a professional. Kelly is the ultimate professional. When the project got underway we were assigned Trevor Gariety as our Project Manager. We hit the jackpot again—Trevor could not have been nicer, more accommodating to a few special concerns we had, and thoroughly professional. He brought excellent skills and a high degree of conscientiousness/work ethic that always ensured he gave us a quality result. I can’t say enough good things about both Trevor and Kelly. “I had been dealing with a muddy crawlspace and a soggy backyard, since it's basically just a hill that directs all the rain towards my house, so I looked into several drainage companies around Kansas City to find a solution. They had a 2-man crew come out and do the grading, bury down spouts and install a French drain along my backyard with a daylight exit in the front.
