He discussed my health history and insisted I make an appointment with my primary care doctor as soon as possible. I took his advice & I was grateful because he couldn’t prescribe the pain medicine I will need in order to endure the next 6-8 week of healing. Best of all, he was gentle with my adjustments. He showed me an exercise I could do to strengthen my upper back while my lower back heals. My neck and my thoracic region (especially between my shoulders), have always been difficult to adjust, but he adjusted both with ease and I didn’t have to walk out of his office with the sharp pinching pain between my shoulder blades. “Dr. Rob is an incredible human who truly cares about you as a whole person. At each and every appointment he spends 20ish minutes of uninterrupted time with you to discuss what’s going on in your body and how to manage it. I came in to see him because I was having severe upper back pain accompanied with headaches. We found out that I actually had a restricted/degenerative spot in my mid back that NO other chiropractor had caught before..
