“My chiropractic care experience has been with Dr. Cody Poorter. I don’t think I’ve experienced another doctor who is as passionate about helping people out of their pain, without surgery, as Dr. Cody. His empathy, compassion, chiropractic skill, and results are through the roof. I walked in with lower left back pain that prevented me from standing for very long without pain and the need to sit down. I also found out I had several vertebrae that were starting to fuse together. After just 3 months I can stand for unlimited amount of time, pain free and he is working to free up and keep mobile and separated those merging vertebrae, thereby allowing the disks and related nerves to return to normal uncompressed size. I also have much better turning range in my neck now. And my TMJ (inflamed, clicking jaw joint) is gone. My physical intuition is that I don’t feel as fragile as I once did. My generation didn’t put a lot of trust in chiropractors, which was based on ignorance. I’ve since learned that the amount of education chiropractors receive rivals that of medical doctors and is even additional in particular areas. Through discussions with Dr. Cody I also learned how much even our organs are affected by the health or spinal restriction of the nerves that flow through the spine and out to all the different organs. Overall, a remarkable care experience. I’ve experientially learned that maintaining spinal health means better overall health. Lastly, I’ve found others in the office to be respectful and personable as well.“

“I had a great clinical experience at OP MyoCore. Dr. Jessica Como is a compassionate and excellent health care provider. My problem was a tough case, and she kept trying different things to help. I also had a returning lower back injury, and Dr. Jess had me fixed in one visit! All of the other docs and staff are very friendly and collaborative. It's easy to call in and make and appointment with a very cheerful receptionist. Everyone is greeted as you come in the door and leave after your appointment.I'd definitely rate the health care a 5, but I had some challenges with referrals for images and physical therapy. If you need a referral, make sure you follow up regularly to make sure the necessary follow-up occurs.“

“I had always heard horror stories about going to a chiropractor, but my fears were laid to rest when I was referred to Body Basics. I have been seeing Dr. Dale Hadlock for almost 10 years. When I first went to see him, I was in such excruciating pain from previously diagnosed bi-lateral hip dysplasia that I was having difficulty performing my job. After x-rays, adjustments and a few appointments a week for a while, I was as close to normal as possible. I trusted Dale enough to refer my own 90 year old Dad to him a few years before he passed, as well as my youngest son.
