Imperial Nails offers exceptional and efficient service, making it a favorite among clients. The staff, including the kind and patient Jenny, consistently go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Clients appreciate the attention to detail, as their requested styles, like French manicures with unique twists, are executed perfectly. The salon is always clean, and they accommodate both walk-ins and appointments without long waits. With reasonable prices and skilled technicians, clients leave happy and confident with their beautiful nails, whether it’s a gel pedicure or an intricate dip ombre manicure.
I didn’t see the employees open any new packages of nail tools during my manicure or pedicure. My pedicure was amazing, but my dip manicure was not good. I left with color smudges all around my nails, and the bulkiest acrylic.
Henry did a great job on my pedicure. The gel polish has lasted perfectly, even through playing several days of beach volleyball! The ambience is very calm and positive in the salon, even as it got quite busy while I was there. I will be back!
My favorite nail and eye brown place🥰 everytime I try a new shop I regret it. Hands down the best shop in Jefferson city, columbia, & Fulton area🥳 a little extra and so worth it🔥😍 make sure you tip when you like the work. Happy workers make Happy customers🥰🧘🏾♀️...it's now 2025 and the new crew of this business are such a disappointment. I've been going here for years, new employees are rude and half do the job and act like a 2yr having a tantrum because I asked for my nails to be fix. Also cut my toe nails wrong. Like the whole experience multiple times was disappointing. Messed up my eye brown 2 times. Like I wish I has something good to say...read full review
