I first started seeing Dr. Prasad, and more recently had the chance to work with him directly. He took the time to go over regenerative options and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. It’s clear he’s very knowledgeable and truly invested in patient care.

Shelly has been incredible as well—she goes above and beyond to thoroughly explain billing, products, and promotions (especially during events), which makes everything so much easier and stress-free. Rachelle has also been very helpful and has taken the time to fix things for me in the past, which I really appreciate.

She measures my big toenails to make sure they are perfectly even. I called yesterday for a last minute pedicure and they moved others around to accommodate my limited availability due to caring for my elderly mother.“
