Three generations of our family have enjoyed haircuts from Gail Cassmeyer since before she founded Bella Capelli. Gail is amazingly talented, and just about the nicest person you'll ever meet! We also love Diana Bargate's wonderful facials and esthetician procedures. No more spider veins! We think Bella Capelli is the best salon/spa in Jefferson City!

Gail has ALWAYS been my tried and true stylist. She’s the only person I trust with my hair, and I always leave the salon feeling happy and refreshed. I come to her with some crazy ideas sometimes and she’s always up for the challenge! Plus, she’s great to chat with, and makes the whole appointment relaxing and so fun! Would recommend her and her salon to anyone!

Just had my hair done by Jamie, and she did an amazing job! I went on yelp to look up top 5 salons in Jefferson City after a horrible experience with the stylist and owner I had been going to for last 7 months. I needed color correction, I also am in the process of growing out my hair for my daughters wedding in 6 months, and because of the color damage my other stylist had used thinning shears in my grown out hair. Needless to say my hair was a mess, and I actually sent Jamie the same pictures I had sent to my stylist to ask her how to fix the harsh color lines in my hair which she was defensive and I just ended up in tears since we were traveling and I had 3 colors...read full review
