The team takes the time to understand each patient's specific needs and designs a program tailored to their needs. One of their primary goals is to keep patients in their own homes, ensuring their home environment is safe and comfortable. The staff is praised for being caring, kind, and professional, with some staff members going above and beyond to provide exceptional care.
We’ve had an excellent experience with this home health team. The nurses are professional, kind, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is done properly. They communicate well with both the family and the doctor’s office, and our team!
AMAZING AMAZING TEAM! Nurses, PTs and OTs just beyond great communication, they call before every appointment to let us know they are coming.
I would love to give kudos and love to Kelli Padgett. She sat with our family answering questions gave me updates during the night of my sister in law during her transition. She explained stages of the hospice process and was so kind. I called and she answered. She updated me during the night. She’s an Angel and we were so blessed to have her in our lives.
