Patients have reported that the caregivers are very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The nurses and therapists are professional, caring, and motivated, often going above and beyond to provide excellent care. Patients appreciate the challenges and exercises provided by the caregivers, which help them recover and improve their health. Overall, CenterWell Home Health has received positive feedback from patients who are happy with the care they received and would choose them again if needed. The caregivers are friendly, straightforward, and organized, making the recovery process great and progressive.
Excellent rehab after I returned home from each hip replacement. Amy and Sarah were wonderful. Encouraging, understanding and kind. I think CenterWell bought Kindred a couple of years ago. A lot of the same people took care of my mom more than nine years ago. Glad they're still there for me now.
I am a paraplegic and have a Foley catheter. My nurse Randy comes to remove and replace it and check my overall health. She is wonderful. Very professional but also cares how I am doing.
Everyone I have interacted with from there is great in how they work and talk to me. I appreciate them all.
The caregivers were very knowledgeable. I have many issues with my body and for many years l have had numerous Home Health caregivers. These young men and women did teach me new exercises and l was surprisingly shocked. All of them to me presented a challenge and l love challenges! It was like l was competing against myself but l love competition also. Meghan saw me the most and l dearly loved her. She was so kind and yet she motivated me! That young lady should rise to the top in her field. She was patient and she like the guys were so organized. I have had caregivers who couldn’t even find an ink pen.
