I love working for Phoenix , We work together as a Team and the communication is AWSOME . Alysha and Nicole are great Team Members and I love working side by side with them , I’ve been working for Phoenix for 11 months and I feel like family. It’s a Wonderful Christian place to work and the core values are AWSOME .

When I tell this has been the best place i have ever worked for. Family oriented. The staff who are in big positions don’t like like they better than the next. I always see team players a lot of laughs and smiles when ever I go to the office. In the field staff is always friendly. My two supervisors are the best always listens, do what they say they are going to do. Love this company.

I have been working at Phoenix since 2013. Phoenix is the only job, besides being in the military where it was fulfilling for me. I have a sense of purpose and job satisfaction. I feel valued and appreciated. The work-life balance is great. I can spend time with my kids, go to their appointments, games, etc. I have freedom I never had working at a hospital. I missed most of my kids’ life working other places before coming here. That’s time I will never get back. The benefits are great also.
