They show up, and they show up on time, communicating throughout the entire process. The team has been a pleasure to work with, whether for a back patio or a large, complex project. They make sure every step is the best it can be, tweaking along the way to make sure it turns out amazing. The ownership takes care of the team, and it shows in their customer focus and passion. Customers have had them complete multiple paver patios and a masonry fireplace, and they were great communicators from the beginning. The outdoor living spaces are beautifully designed and built on-time and in budget. The team takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and treats every engagement as a new opportunity to build a life-long customer. Locally owned is the icing on the cake. After a lot of different bids, offers and consideration for a deck renovation, we decided to go with Kansas City Hardscapes and we couldn’t have picked a better company. Our new deck is spectacular. From picking the materials, structural planning, and building their team was timely, professional and thorough. Any concern or question was immediately responded and addressed in a quick manner. In addition, we were able to enjoy our new deck in a matter of weeks after the project began. Great doing business with KC HARDSCAPES. They tore out and rebuilt our firepit. Noah made sure to find stones that blended with the existing stone wall and the crew professionally built the new fire pit. Just in time for Father's Day and we were able to cook a paella in honor of Dad. Kit's availability and prompt phone calls was amazing. Highly recommend.
KC Hardscapes extended a large flagstone patio with stone veneer walls, and lights. The professionalism and quality of work at all stages of the process was excellent. The team was a pleasure to work with.
