“THE BEST!! Mike and team bax knocked it out of the park on our custom built home! For starters, Mike helped secure a prime building lot in south county. After that he presented various home plans in which to choose from. Mike went over several detailed items indicating areas where we could save when we were reviewing these plans. Mike took care of all the filing and permit requirements necessary. In addition, he set us up with a title company which handled all construction disbursements as well as lien waivers. His crews were the best. From foundation to finishers they did a impeccable job with great detail. Mike uses quality products, prime lumber and building materials throughout. He has great vendors he sent us to too choose from. Cabinetry, appliances, flooring, etc-etc. During the building process it was not uncommon to see Mike on site checking on his workers as well as inspecting the build. Mike is a good communicator. He always returned calls, texts, E mails. Frequently he would call to bring us up to speed or ask our opinion on a minor change before acting on it. In closing, we were very fortunate to have found Bax Built to build our last and forever home. The entire family work together to assure total satisfaction.
