“From my inquiring telephone call to the placement of the last shutter, my experience was amazing. Sam V. (contract writer) walked the property with me, explained things thoroughly, then sat with me at the kitchen table with samples, input, ideas and recommendations. Sam provided such a comfortable feeling, answering all of my questions, putting my mind at ease. After the pricing and financing were explained, there was no reason to look further than Brandon J.
Next, I was kept apprised of the dropping off of materials, where the trailer would be placed, etc. The day the project began, Tim J (project manager) was quickly on site, introducing the crew, clarifying my wants and needs and followed up continually throughout the entire job. Tim and Sam felt a bit like two new friends, looking out for me.
From the office staff, all of the follow-up phone calls, to Sam and Tim.... it is obvious that Brandon J has created a team on the foundation of high standards, great customer service and quality work!
