The technician was knowledgeable about the job at hand. He was very helpful and reassuring as I was in panic mode. The dispatcher, Cherry, was also very good at her job and the service was expedient and excellent. I can't remember technicians name

She knew we moved across the country based on her offer: $40/hr for 90 days and a $5,000 company-paid relocation. She pretended to be a “family woman”, but her actions tell a different story. My husband worked over 80 hours in a single week, brought in more revenue than their entire crew, and was praised on Monday… then fired on Tuesday after ONE mistake with zero warning or chance to correct it. Then came the final blow: His entire paycheck and earned bonuses were withheld We were billed $3,000 for the move after he was fired No notice. No grace. Just left us with nothing in a new state. Miranda openly admitted she “didn’t want to pay him what he was worth.” This wasn’t about performance, this was a setup. She used him, drained him, and threw him out. This is not a family business. It’s a manipulative, toxic environment that destroys people’s lives. DO NOT WORK HERE. If you’re considering a job, especially if it involves relocating, don’t fall for the same lies. I have all the proof and will personally send it to anyone who asks. Let our disaster be your warning.
