We are very pleased with Ed's. They are polite, knowledgeable, and prompt from the technician to the office. We didn't get the technicians name, unfortunately, but he has been out twice, and we are extremely pleased with his service and work. Prices are reasonable and they stand behind their work.
A few years ago Ed's replaced my entire hvac system with RUUD econet heatpump system. The installation was done with qualified and professional mechanics from Ed's. The system has performed better than I had expected until recently. Ed's service team worked effortlessly troubleshooting the reduced performance of the system. Ed's management quickly involved the local RUUD factory rep. The rep identified and provided three parts for replacement. Two days later, the parts were replaced and the system performance was restored to original operation.

If you need absolutely anything to do with heating and cooling these folks should be your first call. I can't say enough about Brent and his team of technicians. They show up when they say they say they will and do what they promise. Great company full of great people!
