We support local whenever we can and are so grateful to have met Jerry who personally visited our home to check on issues with our 20-year-old heat pump system. We decided to replace rather than repair the system as the current unit was 20 years old and not very efficient. Jerry answered all of our questions in a way that we could understand as we had no knowledge of heat pump systems. The install crew was very efficient, explained what they were doing and where they were during the install and cleaned up as if they had never been here. We are very happy with our experience.
