“We had our roof replaced last year after hail damage. Brock was so helpful, meeting with our claims adjuster to make sure our needs were met. We had some vent ridges installed to help with the cooling upstairs, but it got considerably worse. We had some AC issues in the summer too and figured it had more to do with that. This spring it didn't improve, so I reached out to Brock and he immediately contacted me and came out to see what the issue was. He discovered an installation issue and within days had his crew out to completely fix the problem. Since it had been 9 months, I really didn't know if he would respond but he went above and beyond my expectations. Can't say enough good things about Brock and his company. Highly recommend.“

“I called Metro to get an estimate, talked to Tony. He came out, got me an estimate. Tony was very Professional and knowledgeable, he answered any questions I had. I decided to go with Metro, they came by today, took down the old gutters, disposed of them, installed the new ones in 4 hours or less. Came home and was very happy. I had water causing my house to settle because of my old scrappy gutters. Problem solved and their timing was great, it's raining now, just enough to see my gutters work. “Summit Roofing is the best. I got 4 estimates to re roof my house after my insurance company sent me a letter saying re roof or lose your insurance, and the representative I spoke with from Summit was far and away the most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their price was competitively fair, and I decided to go with them. He let us know what to expect as far as delivery of shingles, and when they would show up for work. I was surprised when I received a text with an image from a drone of my roof while I was at work. Pretty cool. They did great work my roof looks great and I won't have to worry about that for a long time. I have no complaints, and will use them again if I ever need too. I've got some sheds that may need new shingles soon.

He went to bat for me with my insurance company and got my roof approved. He took the time to explain every detail during the inspection process, the appeal process with the insurance, the timeframe of the project, and the billing/payment process once it was approved. The project was managed as discussed with no hiccups or problems. No detail that was discussed went unfulfilled. They did a wonderful job. Our only disappointment was we were told we would not owe anything beyond what our insurance company reimbursed for unless they had to replace any decking boards. All our boards were in good shape but then we got a bill for $900 because they up charged for ice sheeting but our insurance company wouldn’t cover that.“
