He was always incredibly quick to respond any time of day. Everyone in my neighborhood got a new roof after the storm and mine looks the absolute best, by far. Working with Brown Roofing was an amazing and stress relieving experience! We had significant hail damage and had to have the roof and gutters replaced. Colin was very helpful in explaining how insurance worked and the whole process from claims to repair to final payment. The work done looks really good. The shingles look to be placed even better than what was done before (no puckers). I’m very pleased!
