I needed an inspection for insurance coverage. I reached out, got a live person Mitch immediately and was told I would get a call back. Jessie called me right back and was at my home within 10 minutes to do the inspection. Would recommend to anyone! Efficient and quality people all around. Thank you all! If I do ever actually need repair or replacement they will be my first call.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about LSR!! We had a roof done many years ago on our previous home, and Mitch was very professional. He had great communication with us throughout the entire process. Now, 20+ years later…..Nate has helped us through the roof project with this home. He is just like his Dad. We had been advised by our insurance adjuster that our roof was not leaking but that water came in from one of the roof vents and they recommended a waterproof sealer be applied. Jesse came out and did an inspection and concurred and gave us an estimate. We suspected it was only 1 pipe causing the problem so I called Jesse and he came back out and inspected it from the attic at our request and indeed found the problem. He went back up to the roof and applied silicone around the pipe sealing it off and avoiding additional cost of sealing other vents which we chose not to do. We are certified with GAF and CertainTeed shingle manufacturers and we are licensed in most cities including Johnson County where we provide exceptional value. In addition to composition roofing, we have experience with concrete tile, synthetic slates, cedar shake/shingles, standing seam, and stone-coated steel. We have experience with low-slope products including TPO, Modified Bitumen, and EPDM. Other services include ventilation, light carpentry, insulation, skylights, guttering/leaf protection, vinyl windows, and siding.
