Had a tree limb fall on my house back in March. There was significant damage but insurance company would only allow about 1/2 of estimates received. Preferred roofing went over and above working with my insurance company to get them to pay full amount. Happy to report I finally received reimbursement on what I paid today. 5 months later. Quick response and friendly service. Solved my water issue by placing a gutter guard and cleaning gutter. Will contact again when needing any roofing. Also looking at doing siding throught them as well.
